North American Seminars Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your attendance after course registration, we require review of our cancellation policy and submission of your cancellation in writing via this websites help system or by fax to 1-800-310-5920. Our cancellation policy is listed on the brochure you received in the mail regarding the course, on every confirmation letter, and here on our website.

North American Seminars Course Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted with written notice and received 14 days prior to the course date. Refunds and transfers minus the deposit fee of $75.00 are provided until 14 business days prior to the course date. No refunds will be issued if notice is received after 14 days prior to the course date. North American Seminars, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course and will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. A full course tuition refund will be issued if NAS cancels the course. NAS reserves the right to change a course date, location or instructor. No refund will be issued if course is in progress and is interrupted by an Act of War or God or issue beyond our control. NAS, Inc. will not be responsible for any participant expenses other than a course tuition refund for course cancellations.

By completing the credit card portion of the online registration, you agree to allow North American Seminars, Inc, the ability to charge your credit card for the amount of the course and any additional items added to your registration.

Medical Emergency

We can and do make exceptions to our policy, please submit a cancellation via our help system. Please do not expect an answer prior to your date of course attendance if that is less than two weeks prior to an event. Our entire team is focused on delivery of the upcoming continuing education events. North American Seminars does not accept doctors notes or certificates of death, we trust you and we will work with to accommodate your situation. Please consider that we receive a great number of cancellations and it is our intent to handle each one respectfully and properly. This may take us longer that you might like, but each of our customers deserves to be treated properly based on their unique situation.
