North American Seminars Online Continuing Medical Education
Each training program available format is listed on the course detail page. To purchase a course, choose the desired format and add it to your cart. Login or create your myhealthclick account. Once you review your registration cart and checkout from the store, the online coursse or test will become available in your myhealthclick account. All formats have limited online test options depending upon the purchased option.
Online courses are formattted for Windows Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Adobe Flash is required for online courses. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for download courses. CD/DVD courses require Winodws Operating system. Mac version are in production for all CD software products

CD Software Installation
Our CD training programs are actually independant software application and not just video on a CD. With this in mind, the installation process is like a standard software installation. Files will be installed on your hard drive that allow the software to operate. Each software will have specific ionstructions on how to install and use each product

When installing the CD, the installation program indicates that there is a newer version of Quicktime installed on my computer
Skip the installation on the CD and use the most current version of Quicktime. The internet and Itunes provide a much more current version of Quicktime that we can on a CD
When taking an online coursse, the material is loading very slow
Internet speeds vary based upon a number of factors. If the course is painfully slow, try back at another time. Many cable internet connections slow down at night when your neighbors are surfing the web
I have lost my download course file, can I download the file again?
